I'm Cat Holm, Certified Massage Therapist, and founder of Catamount Heart Massage Therapy. I truly love the powerful and effective modality of massage therapy! 

I received my 630 hour massage certification from the accredited Green Mountain Massage School in Vermont, in 2019. I went on to pass the MBLEx (Massage and Bodywork Licensing Exam) in 2020. 

Since 2018, I worked steadily at three busy spas before going into business as Catamount Heart Massage Therapy in December 2024. 

I am passionate about massage as a modality for effectively treating pain and stress! I received massage for decades, and experienced its results, before becoming a massage therapist. My credentials, mindfulness training, and 5 years working on hundreds of people with many conditions, position me to give a customized and completely present massage to each client. I want each person I work on to experience the power of both pain relief and relaxation, an outcome that massage uniquely provides. 

 I am committed to keeping my training evolving and current! Check back often as I will be adding to the services I provide, with the addition of CEUs or certifications.

I enjoy living in Minnesota's beautiful northeastern woods with my husband and several beloved animal companions. In my spare time I love to walk in the woods, garden, do yoga, write, create new things (stories, businesses, etc.), and learn.
