I'm Cat Holm, certified massage therapist and owner/operator of Catamount Heart Massage Therapy. I am located at 515 Main Street, Suite 104,  in Tower, MN, 55790. 

I've been practicing massage since 2018 and have worked on thousands of people coming to massage for pain relief and/or relaxation. I provide customized massage treatments including: Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Reflexology, Cupping Massage, and chair massage. 

I believe that massage is an important part of physical and mental health maintenance. Massage has many benefits and can treat muscle stiffness, arthritis, back and shoulder pain, neck pain, headaches, injury, fibromyalgia, stress/anxiety, and more.
